Hi everyone that still follows me. It's me, Koi! Where the fuck have I been? Wrestling through my past junior and senior years of high school! I just graduated a few days ago actually. Yup, I'm finally out of that hellhole I called a school. So why am I back as a fully matured 18 year old? To be honest, I missed deviantArt. This place was home to me for so many years. A lot of things has happened since I was last here.

My boyfriend, the one I mentioned frequently on this account and on LovelessKoi, is now my ex of six months. How crazy is that? It's been a slow process of getting over him, but I think I'll be okay. I've been writing a lot recently so I have plenty to upload for y'all to read. Besides several traumatic and insane events that's happened in my life, I've been happy. I've made a lot of bad choices in the past but I can say with confidence that I'm a good person now.

Here's to a new future with each and every one of you that remembers me.

 

I've finished my Chapbook! For those of you who don't know what a chapbook is: it is a book of poetry, stories, scripts, or any form of literature that's in 30 or less pages.

Mine is called 'Mania' and is only of poetry. I don't know when I'll have it published but hopefully it'll be soon. I'm real excited about this.

I've been thinking for a very long time now (a year) and I've decided to take a step forward from thinking. I'm going to read poetry/short stories via Youtube! Why? Because I've want a crowd for my work (and various others who've requested me to read their's) for the longest time. I know that Youtube delivers videos like a crazy ol' man throwing firecrackers so I may get new readers/listeners. This is going to be another big step for me. I'm scared but I think I can do it y'all.

Well folks, its that time of year again where all the folks come down to make everything chaotic yet pleasant! It is also a time to give gifts to people you cherish and care for. Unfortunately, I have no money so I am unable to give gifts to friends I've made all over. I wish all of you a Merry Christmas! And, (although its already over), Happy Hanukkah to any of my Jewish friends/family. I wish all of you a wonderful New Year's as well. Lets make 2013 less horrid than 2012!

There are so many people and things I want to thank and most of them won't even mean anything to y'all but I still want to.

I would like to say that I'm thankful for all my friends and family. I'm thankful for the opportunities that I am given each day and for the life I am still living after many horrible things. I am thankful for my boyfriend who has stuck with me through the worst of times and still supports me even when I want to break down.

I am thankful for the bus driver who helped me out my first two years of high school and for the back seat I would lay in when times were hard. I'm thankful for the math teacher who helped me pass her class and get accepted into the art school I'm now in. I'm very thankful for my first true friend, Megan, for teaching me the meaning of life in just three years.

And I'm thankful toward you, deviantArt. You've shown me amazing art along with amazing people. There are so many artists that I wish I could get to know and I want to cherish them (but they're popular so they wouldn't care about me). Regardless, thank you dA. I will never forget you, even if I become famous one day. I owe it all to you.
